We are flexible when it comes to the basic product line, design finish and volume of delivery. We are keen to meet our customers' specific requirements should it be new types of products or product lines from several hundreds to serial production.
We offer free capacity in wood drying, lacquering, and mill cutting. The wide range of our products and modern equipment offer a large room for various kinds of cooperation.
Certificates
We are certified for harmlessness and quality of our products. The cooperative holds an FSC certificate, i.e. wood material, storing and manufacture are subject to FSC regulations.
FSC
The basic idea of FSC is support of environmentally responsible, socially beneficial and economically viable management of forests all over the world as well as protection of endangered, disappearing and devastated world forests. The forest certification under the FSC system means inspection of a concrete forest whether its management meets the approved-upon standards. If so the owner is entitled to use for the wood produced in his forest a logo that will tell his wood from that of an unclear origin. Each section of the chain (forest, woodworker, seller) is duly certified, which shows to a customer an origin of the wood the product is made out of.
The FSC guarantees the wood comes from a forest maintained in a proper way and meets requirements on protection of the environment. The other sections of the chain up to the final product are governed by the rules for the manufacture and distribution.

Material
Wood belongs to traditional natural and environment friendly materials with long service life. Our products are made of good quality deciduous hardwood - beech, birch, oak, lime, maple or coniferous - spruce and pine lumbered mainly in the forest of Central Europe. To ensure our products are fully harmless the wood selection process is very careful - the wood must be healthy, correctly dried out, free from defects etc. and the wood material supplied to us is free from chemical treatment or processing.
Timber produced or purchased is air-dried for a period of 1 year and prior to production dried out in fully automated kilns. The actual woodworking is done in traditional carpenter's ways such as planning, cutting, turning, drilling, shaping and grinding.
Our products have natural finish or are stained, waxed or oiled, which highlights the characteristics of the wood. To extend their service life, quality and reliability our products shall be looked after properly according to the instructions supplied.
Environment
One of the key issues of our strategy is to make sure our production is harmless. That is why the technology applied and equipment used is environment friendly. We are monitoring the effect of our production and we make sure all the limits defined by the law are maintained. Our products meet all hygienic rules and regulations.
