SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

After selecting your goods, you will be offered a choice of payment methods.

1. CASH ON DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs are CZK 205, including VAT.

  • Payment upon delivery.

  • Cash on delivery payments can be made by credit card or cash.

2. PERSONAL COLLECTION

  • Payment in cash or by card upon collection of goods.

  • You will be notified by email or telephone when your goods are ready for collection.

  • Collection address: Dipro, výrobní družstvo invalidů (Dipro, production cooperative for disabled people), Borská 149, 539 44 Proseč

3. PAYMENT IN ADVANCE BY TRANSFER TO THE SELLER'S ACCOUNT

  • Shipping costs are CZK 170, including VAT.

  • After placing your order in the system, a pro forma invoice will be sent to your email address.

  • The goods will be shipped by a transport service after full payment has been received

Shipments weighing up to 30 kg are sent by PPL. Oversized shipments are sent by FOFR.

Prices are valid only for shipments weighing up to 30 kg and with maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm. If the shipment exceeds the specified weight or size limit, the shipping cost will be increased according to the carrier's tables and sent to the customer for approval.
The shipping conditions apply only to the Czech Republic.
